Stretch marks painful in pregnancy

I’m 15 weeks and have started to get a few stretch marks! Around the area I’ve started to get stretch marks, all under the skin feels so tender, especially to sit down and to touch. It’s an achy bruised feeling feels like I’ve had an injection there.. its on the right hand side. I had a similar pain a few weeks ago which went but it’s come back today and I’ve also had pains in my ribs too! Is this normal? Ive got a midwife appointment on Thursday!
