Pregnancy pains

Hi I'm still in my first trimester and I'm having some period like sharp pains. I do have pcos and endometriosis so it's hard to know the difference between pregnancy pains, possibly a cyst growing or from endometriosis. I don't have any bleeding but this pain is somewhat concerning cause it's lasted for a few days, on and off. I've tried researching and some sites say it's normal to feel period like pains and then some sites say it's not normal.
