Pumping help😬
Hello fellow mommies so i just had a baby 3 days ago and im pumping into my supply comes in fully which thankfully it is but what can i do or take to alleviate the contractions im getting while pumping. Its soooo painful i know its my uterus contracting back to normal but i be in soo much pain where i cnt even move any tips is appreciated thank you in advance
