Unisom and Vitamin B6

Has anyone else been directed to take a combination of vitamin B6 and Unisom for nausea? Now or in previous pregnancies? I’m 7 weeks and feeling pretty crappy so I’m trying it out. It’s definitely taken the edge off, and I’ve read that it’s safe, but I’m still worried because the baby’s brain is doing a lot of developing this week. Can anyone tell me they took medication like this and had a healthy normal child? I would just feel better. Thank you!!
