Anyone else have this?

So I’m pregnant obviously. My due date has changed 3 times. It was June 29th then July 12th and then finally July 7th. I had an ultrasound done today and baby is now measuring at 9 weeks 1 day. They also said I have a subchorionic hematoma and the gestational sac is small. I’m afraid of a possible miscarriage. Has anyone had these and had a normal pregnancy? Did it go away? My pregnancy with my son was so freaking easy. This one is completely different. They said the cramping is from the hematoma. There is no bleeding. Just mild period like cramps. I didn’t get much information from the doctor. I’m just very nervous.
