When to do registries??

Question

How far along were you ladies when you signed up for your registries?? I'm 9 weeks tomorrow and I think with my daughter I waited until I was 14 weeks. I'll probably wait until then again, but I'm just curious when others signed up and got their little boxes. I walk right pass the baby aisle and my daughter is so excited to buy baby items as am I, but I'm really tryna hold off until 2nd trimester. It's so hard!

I’m basically done n I’ll b 16 weeks I jus bought all unisex 🤷🏽‍♀️but I’m goin to see my ob on Wednesday so hopefully they can tell me the sex but I think it’s a boy

I started mine at 10 weeks. I’m having twins and am so nervous about going early. We’re having our baby shower at 25 weeks, so I wanted to make sure I had enough time to add stuff before I sent invites out.

I start right away and add as I go along and think of things.

I started nearly immediately, but my registry right now is mostly picking a little library of books that I want to be able to read to them. We have a lot of books, but almost none of the ones I want available for growing kids and no baby books. It keeps me busy and I figure it's more important than what color the washcloths are anyway. I'll add the bigger stuff as we get solidly into the second trimester and all that.

I start pretty early and add the stuff I’ll need for either sex, like furniture / stroller / car seat and grooming / bath stuff (soaps, lotions, nail clippers, etc.) and then once I find out the gender I add the clothes. 
I always add everything we want to buy, even if it’s stuff we’re going to buy ourselves to get the discount at the end.
