Any else have pretty sharp aches similar to period cramps near round ligaments? 30 weeks

I know round ligament pain is normal, I’ve had it for a bit but this pain feels a little different. I’m having period like pains sharp achey on my left side lower by my hip kinda where round ligaments are. I was just sitting down working when it started and the pain is pretty consistent but the level of pain changes when I’m not moving. Not sure if I should wait it out a little or call the doctor now. I’m 30 weeks and it’s been going on for like 10 minutes
