I just had a miscarriage and wonder if I can have a healthy pregnancy after this. I was 10 weeks pregnant I had spotting and went to EPU, they scanned me and there was no more heartbeat !!! They said baby measurements is like a 7 weeks !!! I don’t drink don’t smoke! I don’t know why it happened!!!

I personally do not have an experience  with this and i am so sorry your are going through  this. 
My SIL had 5 miscarriages  and a healthy baby girl and 3 miscarriages  and is pregnant with a baby boy. So, there is definite  hope ans good chances that you  will have a healthy pregnancy!

I’m so sorry, mama! You didn’t do anything wrong - this is so common, but I know how much it hurts.
I had a MMC at 6 weeks, but didn’t know until 8.5/9 weeks. I had to have a D&C (in Oct) and got the OK to try again in Dec. We were pregnant again by the end of Jan - he’s now 14 months old! I had a super healthy pregnancy, L&D, and he’s perfectly healthy too. 
Hang in there! Feel all the things when you need to and know that you’re not alone. We’re all here for you!

I’m so sorry you’re going through this. I know how absolutely devastating it is! I had a mmc at 13 weeks and then went on to get pregnant 3 months later with my son who is now 3. Don’t give up hope, but also allow yourself to grieve this pregnancy.
