Do you wipe your ass sitting or standing?

Okay, I know this is a weird question, however my husband and I are disagreeing on this, he thinks you’re supposed to stand? Wtf?! 
Please help us see if that’s normal lol

We use water to clean ourselves after using the restroom, so obviously have to sit. And then use tissue to dry. But if you stand after doing a poo and there was something on your anus, you have now squished it all over your inner butt cheeks (I don't know how to describe it sorry, Englisch is not my first language).

I stand 🤷‍♀️ I’m a big woman with short arms so I literally can’t reach my asshole while sitting. And yes, I do get completely clean, as I slightly lean forward, spread my cheeks, and don’t stop wiping until there’s nothing left to wipe... just as any other person should wipe until nothing’s left. It’s worked perfectly fine for me my whole life 🤷‍♀️
