One Month Old Sleep

My daughter is right over a month old now and the only way I can get her to sleep right now - day or night - is on me, or being held by someone. As soon as we put her down, she wakes up and starts screaming. This has been going on for almost a week. She constantly wants to stay attached to my boob. I’m sore and exhausted. And even when I let her fall asleep on me and stay on me, she just randomly starts crying in her sleep but doesn’t fully wake up. But then she only sleeps for maybe 45 minutes to an hour. Sleeping when baby sleeps is NONEXISTENT right now and I’m seriously just so tired. What can I do? Any advice?

We’ve tried swaddling and she hates it. We give her gas drops and probiotics and vitamin D daily. We’ve had to help her poop. She is a very gassy baby, but we’ve literally tried EVERYTHING for gas relief and it doesn’t seem to work either 😭😭
