What did your hospital give you after delivery to take home that is still useful today?
If you were given things in the hospital for at home support for you and baby/babies what kind of things if any were they and are you still utilizing them? Just interested to see the differences in different places. ☺️
Most of us are 3-5 weeks post delivery with our sweet babies. I don’t recall with my other 2 children (11&7) being loaded with gifts from the hospital. I delivered them both at the same hospital and delivered at a new one with my twins. This time around I was SHOCKED at the outpouring of love they showed. I STILL have useful items i haven’t run through. Here is a list below of what we received:
Welcome baby bag: brand new spa robe for me, slippers, newborn scroll for birth details, newborn onsie/ hat, 4 plastic wine glasses, 1 bags home made cookies, 2 bottles of apple cider
1 month supply of newborn huggies snugglers
4 newborn hats in package
4 baby thermometers
10+ baby blankets
2 boxes of nursing pads
4 packs of sanitary pads
4 packs of dry wipes
Several bed pads
Several heating packs
Several disposable underwear
3 compression belts (had c-section)
5 packs double gel pads for breasts
2 tubes lanolin cream
New peri bottles
Vaseline tubes
Baby soap/ hair shampoo packs
About 20 2 oz bottles/ with lids for pumping
Idk if it’s because I had 2 babies, but I felt really blessed by the outpouring of items I still use now.
