Help 😭
So I really need help. I emotional eat ALL the time and it has caused me to gain quite a bit of weight. I am ashamed of myself. Every time I look at myself in the mirror, I cry. I need tips on how to stop this. I need to do something about it before it gets too bad and I can’t control it. For as long as I remember, food has always been my comfort and I don’t want it to be anymore. I need help changing my lifestyle. I want to be healthier and a better version of me. Any and all tips are welcome!
