Covid hidden from work

Posting this anonymously. I work at a small local restaurant, our general manager has been out for 9 days (came into work one time to pick up paycheck) and has had other managers working for her. Turns out she has COVID the whole time, nobody except her select favorites knew about it, one of the managers helping cover her shifts wasn’t even aware and has family that’s high risk. The other manager that’s helping cover her shifts does know, but hasn’t told anyone. Our boss told her she could still work if she left her mask on and didn’t pull it down ( he’s very lenient, we pull them down all the time) I live in Tennessee and i was wondering what are the laws for this? Nobody was ever notified and she’s already back at work even after texting one of the girls who knew the night before saying she might go to the hospital because her breathing is still bad. Everybody is scared to work with her, and there is clearly no point in complaining to the owner because he even told her she could still work, so obviously he doesn’t care. Also she makes the schedule and put herself on every shift she could taking away from others because she’s been out for a week. And her boyfriend that she lives with just now lost his taste and sense of smell and she’s still coming to work. Keep in mind, they think none of us know yet. I don’t know what to do.
