Nosebleeds?? Very TMI

I did cupping with massage (not my first one) on the 9th, I had a nosebleed that same night, very heavy with I think is clots (pic included)?? Than I was in the shower today ( the 11th) and my nose started bleeding again...does this seem normal? My 4 year old daughter got scared the first time, I told her its because I had a heavy massage early that day.

I included a picture dont look if sensitive 😂 i managed to catch it after taking out a tissue I had stuffed while showering.
