Constipation? Ectopic?

I’m 6W 3D today. Is anyone else having constipation issues? I feel like I can’t fully relieve myself when I use the restroom. Not painful but just uncomfortable. Doing too much research and convincing myself I have an ectopic as I’ve read some women feel like that. Anyone else experiencing this? I have an ultrasound next week.

I’ve been having bad gas pains that are causing horrible cramps. I feel ya girl. Try not to google anything.

Try to drink more water. Your digestion slows down during pregnancy, so food sits in your stomach longer. The longer it sits in the gut, the more water that gets reabsorbed back to our bodies. 
Drink more water throughout the day. 
So that uneven if it sits in your gut, the water throughout the day will replenish & you won’t be constipated
I AM NOT A DOCTOR, just a fellow preggo member who’s a biology major, in addition to a few losses in my past including IVF & Ai. Almost gave up, but miraculously on our own it happened. So I keeping my fingers crossed that all is well this time around.

You’d probably feel a lot more pain especially by 6 weeks all on one side. When I had my ectopic, there was a lot of pain & cramping, I wasn’t even as far along as 6 weeks. But everyone’s different. 
But I KNEW something wasn’t right, there was cramping pain in my uterine area but off to one side. To me gas pain is just uncomfortable but not painful, like it was. 
Don’t let google lead you astray. 
Maybe you just ate some really gassy food🤷🏽‍♀️

So glad I saw this post. I couldn’t tell if I was having gas pains or constipation or severe cramping this morning. I finally went to the bathroom and I’m feeling mostly better now. Still cramping a little here and there, more than I’d like, but hopefully everything is ok. I was really freaking out this morning! Glad I’m not the only one.

In case anyone comes across this - I did not have an ectopic pregnancy. Measuring a few days behind (just under 7 instead of 7W 3D) with a heartbeat of 122. Hoping for the best.

I’m 6week3days and have been pretty constipated as well. I also sometimes feel a twinge/mild discomfort on my lower belly on the right and I’m also convinced it’s ectopic... but I’m a bit of a worrier 😅 and trying to stay away from google

I’m in the same boat with constipation and thought the same thing about I was having an ectopic. I did an ultrasound at 5w 3 days and found out it is in the uterus so that was a big relief. I also find that because I am putting so much pressure on myself to release my bowels, I’m having a pink and brownish discharge. One thing that has helped though is eating some prunes
