Please Help Me

I just found out that I am expecting my 3rd.

I've been having period like cramps for the last couple of days (started before I confirmed my pregnancy) but it's not intense. Since last night whenever I wipe there's light pink spotting.

I'm still VERY EARLY in my pregnancy - only 3/4 weeks...
