This just popped up on my lip last night. I’ve experienced no tingling/redness/swelling. There’s no cluster, but it did get a little bigger because I messed with it (🙄) and popped it/messed with the skin. It’s just inside my lip. If I didn’t see it, I wouldn’t have even noticed it was there. When I drain it, it fills up again like a pimple would and there’s no pain at all either. When I first popped it, it popped like a backed up gland would, not dissimilar to what a stye on your waterline would look like. I do have Fordyce spots on my lips (pronounced sebaceous glands), so it might be one that’s backed up.

Anyone have any idea?

*Edit* once it’s drained now, you don’t even notice that anything was there. Could’ve maybe been a burst mucocele? Excuse my dry lips.
