When did you tell your boss you were pregnant?

Had to do IVF so she actually knew for a while beforehand due to monitoring appointments. Otherwise I would have told her at 12 weeks most likely.

Still haven’t- 17 weeks .. I work remote, and before COVID would still only see my boss a couple times a year for meetings.. since COVID there’s been no company travel and I’ve just said I had a doctors appointment when needing to leave early and haven’t had any issues. I’ll tell my boss about 6 weeks prior to starting my 16 week maternity leave this spring.

I was working in warehousing so I had to make sure that they made accommodations for me.

6 weeks because I had hyperemesis with my first and started getting nauseous around that time and was unable to continue working
