8 week ONLY taking 2.5-3.5oz per feed

Hi everyone! FTM and new here.

I breastfeed here and there but lately I’ve been pumping because she tends to choke during BF and I’ve had some challenges because I’m plus size with large breast and we haven’t figure out the best position.

Anyways... My 8 week on baby girl only takes about 2.5-3.5oz per feeding and goes to sleep. I’ve read online that babies 2 months and up should be taking 4-5oz per feeding. I try waking her and etc.

Only once she’s taken 4oz but other times it’s the 2.5 to 3.5oz range. Is this normal with breastfed babies? Anyone else has or has had a LO that doesn’t take much milk?

We have her check-up this month and I’m sure she’s been gaining a little weight, but I’m worried she isn’t eating enough.
