Miscarriage??

I had unprotected sex and had implantation bleeding and then some mild cramps a couple days later and then 2 days ago..I see this. This week would have been week 2/3 since the implementation bleeding. I started feeling off and when I went to the bathroom I wiped and saw this. After that a couple hours later I got mild cramps and felt a bit weak and exhausted and bled a bit except the blood was dark similar to period blood. Its been two days and have not had anything else come up. Miscarriage??
