Std or yeast infection

Okay so I had sex 2 times last week vaginal and oral, but with a condom. After the second time he was very rough and big so it hurt a little. Afterwards i began to feel itchiness on my vulva and my vaginal opening. No burning when I pee, no bumps, or fowl smelling discharge. I thought since i had no other symptoms it was just a yeast infection so I settled with getting a over the counter antifungal treatment. I’ve been using it for 3 days its the suppository and the cream. I’ve felt relief when i use the cream, but I’m worried because the infection has started a week ago. Should I just continue the treatment? I feel like it just my anxiety making it a bigger situation than it is. Also I no longer am in contact with the person for personal reasons.
