Anyone else scared of having sex?

I am 13wk1day pregnant today and we haven’t had sex since we found out I am pregnant. I want to be intimate as much as my husband wants but I am super scared it would hurt my baby, my husband understands my feelings and is very supportive. I had multiple episodes of spotting/bleeding during last pregnancy and we lost our baby at 17 weeks last year so being close to second trimester this time is still no relief for me. My Dr says it’s perfectly fine to have sex but I am still terrified. Anyone else had the same feelings, how did you overcome it?

I am in the exact same boat. I’m 15 weeks and still on self prescribed pelvic rest. I’m just nervous.

After 2 miscarriages me and my husband don’t want to have sex in fear. I’m on progesterone which helps with uterine contractions , orgasms cause small contractions so why would we chance it? To us it’s not worth the risk.

Sex isn’t going to hurt anything. His penis can’t touch or damage your uterus during sex lol. Sex is safe during pregnancy unless for some reason your doctor advises against it ￼

Sex is fine during pregnancy (as long as your doc hasnt warned against it).  The baby is protected.  You may have some light cramps after, but it doesnt hurt the baby.

I am and for no reason. It is my first pregnancy, everything Ok, no bleeding or scary things but I am. I had done it but nothing compared like before. Twice per week tops 😅 I feel so bad for my husband

I lost mine yesterday @12wks and 4 days  all I could remember is I had Sex 2 days ago and before then I have been spotting since last 2 weeks but I was told is normal to spott @ early stage not knowing that am loosing it gradually not until yesterday that I was rush to the ER
