First postpartum period a little tmi

I started my first postpartum period on Saturday. I’m 10 weeks pp from a c section. Now I usually get heavy and painful periods and this is my 2nd child but I’ve never experienced anything like this. I’m in so much pain I feel sick. I feel really weak and exhausted. And my flow is so heavy I’m bleeding through a super tampon or overnight pad within an hour. When I stood up this morning to go to the bathroom it was so heavy that it gushed down my legs and all over the bedroom and bathroom floor as I ran to the bathroom. I’m going to call my OB when they open but I don’t think this is normal.
