How should I feel ?

My boyfriend and I broke up a few days ago. I was bleeding so I went to the hospital, I called him and asked him if he could meet me there. While I waited in the emergency room I kept bleeding and I asked him if he can stay tonight or tomorrow to console me , I just want to be held. He said no , he said he just doesn’t want to . I left the hospital not hearing a heart beat or anything. I called him this morning to speak and asked him if he can come over and he says I have a lot of things to do. I need to go buy a jacket it’s going to snow tomorrow. Yes he does have bad asthma , but he said that’s selfish of me knowing he can get sick . He seemed more worried about having money for a coat then actually making sure I’m okay . I don’t know about this but we already have 2 kids together 2 and 4. I just woeful think he would be more sensitive and actually gave off like he cared. He said I’m always bitchin How is he coming off ?
