When to tell the fam?!

At 10 weeks I took the NIPT blood test and found out I was having a baby boy at 11 weeks today I had my 12 week scan and I can’t even describe how good it felt to watch my baby move and hear his heart beat for the very first time (160BPM) still have not broke the news to any of my family yet being pregnant during the pandemic has been stressful looking for any creative ideas on how to break the news and or should I wait any longer to do so I have a 1 year old daughter as well

So this will be quite a shock to some
