I started pumping too early ...(day 6)

My sister in law told me she started pumping day one and said I should start to get my milk going....

Well it’s going and I feel like it’s not stopping.

I have to pump so much now, I have a clogged duct, I stopped feeding off the boob because I’d feed then pump and sitting down for that long was driving me crazy 😔

I want to go back to just breastfeeding but my baby does not come close to emptying my breast.. or just making it comfortable.

Help...

How do I slow my supply?

How do I unclog my breast?
