If you know when O day is, whens the best day to BD?!

What would be the best day to BD? I want to say the 3 days leading up to it making the day BEFORE the best day? This way you catch ovulation? Its hard to know what time of the day on O day that you actually ovulate 🤔

We are starting to TTC #2 next month and the first week of the new year is supposed to be O week! We are WFH with a toddler soooooooo the opportunity to BD isn’t always that easy hahah 😏😂

I normally get ‘high’ readings 3 days before O and a ‘Peak’ reading the day before O.....
