Sleep went south
Any new 12 month old sleep just went to crap?? She refuses all naps i tried one nap that was a disaster! She wakes up early fights all naps. What is goinf wrong. Im trying to get on some schedule again but every schedule is not working. I miss our 10 am 1 hour nap and 2pm 1 hour nap. Since she is all over the place with sleep ive been super anxious and stress level is high cause i dont get a break like at all !
