How to get over a Heartbreak quick

I’m going through a major heartbreak and idk what to do. I met this guy on hinge and everything was great. I’ve never had a connection like this with any other guy. We ended up going on a date and the sparks were just all over the place. I was so happy. Ended up spending the weekend with him and I just thought it was going to be the start of something beautiful. But then a couple days later he was going through some personal drama and a death in the family and he totally disconnected. Doesnt text me anymore. I tried to text him to let him know that he has someone whose here for him but it’s like he rather be alone. HES like “i like you obviously but I’m going through a tough time right now” I texted him 3 days ago just to see how hes doing and he never responded. I keep fighting myself not to message him again because i feel like I’ve reached out so many times. But I’m just hurt because it’s like the end of what we had. I’m trying to move on but it’s like my heart doesn’t want me to. I keep telling myself he will reach out to me but then another day go by. We were only talking for a short period of time but idk why I’m so broken up over this. I can’t stop crying. He won’t let me comfort him. Wont let me be there for him. Makes me start to wonder if he even really cared about me at all.🥺 I’m trying so hard not to text him again but i know his number by heart lol
