Should I see a phycologist

I have been single for 3 years , so this year I decided to give myself a chance with a guy I met at the mall 5 months ago, things were going well and we even have a lot in common,he have been single for 1 year, he is a chef and I also love cooking, to cut the story short we planned to spend the holiday together . Monday he told me he will knock off at 20h00 and that was his last text, I tried calling but he's not picking up 😭 , today I tried with my roommate 's number to see if he would pick up and he did , at first I thought maybe something happened to him but no , my roommate and I were just trying to see if he can pick up and we will say we dialled a wrong number. After that I felt like I needed to talk to someone 😔 I went through my contacts and there's no one u can talk to 😭 my family is very small and everyone is just distant 💔 my mom passed on when I was 9.and yes the guy and I were not staying in same town. I never felt like this with my 2 exs when we broke up.and also I have no friends, is that even normal for a 30 years old?
