Tear that won’t heal

So I have a tear perineum, I’ve had them before usually from sex but this one I’ve had for almost a week and won’t heal. I can see it’s not infected or anything like that it’s just so sore and uncomfortable. If it’s dry and I move too quickly it opens up and just won’t get better. I’ve tried using pawpaw cream, sudocream and Savlon but nothing is really helping. Do you guys have any suggestions on what to do? Thanks
