I don't understand

My husband and I have been together for 5 years, but known eachother for 11. At the beginning of our relationship he asked what my "body count" was, I told him and he didn't seem to have an issue with it. Well, the other day we got on the subject of premarital sex and he asked me again what the count was. Of course I told him and this time he seemed turned off by it. He gave me a disgusted look and rolled over in bed. I don't understand why it matters since he's the only one I've been with since we started dating. His is higher than mine and he's slept with some questionable people (like his ex gfs sister a few days after they broke up and his moms friend) but I don't openly judge him for that. This is more of a rant than a question..
