What to do about these headaches?

So I’m 4 months pregnant , I get like 3 bad headaches a week. I read it normal but I’m just not use to this . Before I was pregnant I’ll get a bad headache maybe twice a month especially when I was in high school and I’ll take aleve and it worked like a charm. Not sure if I can take aleve, but if your pregnant and been experiencing this . What do you do to help?

I got awfulllll migraines with my son, I would take Tylenol, put a cold cloth on my head and my eyes, drink tons of water or tea and sometimes sit in the shower which helped a little

A cool ice pack at the back of my head and laying down is really helping me at this moment. Hope you find some relief!

I’ve had a headache 3 of the last four days. It’s totally normal, but it sure sucks. 
Tylenol is okay but not Aleve or ibuprofen.
I’ve been trying to avoid any medication so what’s been helping me is putting a cold compress on my head and laying down in a dark quiet room for an hour. Or, if it’s not too bright out, going for a walk in the cold air.

I had such bad tension headaches when i was pregnant with my son, everyday for a month it was horrible. But what helped me was Tylenol, warm and cool clothes on my neck and my head. And drinking plenty of fluids. Good luck momma, hope you feel better soon ❤
