Please help

So last Sunday my mom gave me a facial (to try to get clear up some of my pimples from the face mask) and she used this cleanser (on the acne area aka my chin and around mouth) and it burned on the pimples 😅 so i washed it off the best i could. My face started to dry and peel. The other day i started to notice this blotch forming. The blotch is on the corner of my mouth. I haven’t put my creams or anything facial products on it. But is this looking normal? Any ideas to what it is? Is it dry skin? Chemical burn? Eczema?

I’m starting to get anxious and paranoid that i see it on my other side of my mouth.

I can’t go to the dermatologist in person yet yet bc of the limitation due to coronavirus 🙃 my appointment isn’t for two weeks 🥲

My self esteem is getting low bc it looks so gross.

Any advice or help
