My boyfriend broke up with me because i was studying.

For the past 3 weeks I’ve been really focusing on school and studying for my finals; it’s my first semester. I haven’t been giving my boyfriend a lot of attention lately bc i was prioritizing my school work and i guess that kind of took a toll on our relationship. He broke up with me today bc he said i was ignoring and treated him like shit. I guess it’s my fault tho bc i really haven’t been spending that much time with him, but I’m just so sad i wasted all my time on him, almost 2 years.
