Baby fever

Hi all. My baby girl turned 1 year on dec 7th. She got vaccinations including mmr on dec 10th. Nurse mentioned that since the mmr is live vaccine she might get fever in 3 weeks. This afternoon she was warm when we checjed temperature it was 100. I called up nurse she asked me to give Tylenol and if the fever doesn't go away by tomorrow she said u can come. We gave Tylenol and she ate n she was acting like usual. N then she slept. Now i checked it is 102 temperature. I gave Tylenol again. Very worried. Pls give me suggestions. What should i do?
