Late and sensitive nipple’s but negative tests

My period is a day late, which seems minor but I’m never late. I’ve only been pregnant once before (chemical) and my nipples are aching in a similar way but I’ve taken three tests now and they’ve all been very clearly one line. Should I just keep waiting, call my doctor, get different tests?

TTC #1 for two years, just turned 29, husband is 37. Two unsuccessful IUIs, one IUI that resulted in a chemical pregnancy that last three weeks. I started fertility focused acupuncture nov. 30.
