Implantation Bleeding?

So I had a baby 10 months ago so my cycle has been a little bit longwr but pretty regulated and accurate with Flo.

I had sex the 10th at 1 am, took a plan B on the 13th late at night.

I believe I ovulated early in my ovulation window because that’s when discharge looked like it.

I had cramps the 16th, 17th, 18th (which could be the plan b)

But some were kind of tingly as well and today (the 19th) I had a small amount of pink/ brown spotting. I didn’t take a photo the first time I wiped but it’s not showing color any other times I wipe. I left a towel in my underwear and this is the results.

Could it be implantation bleeding?
