How do you stop breastfeeding at night without pumping?
LO has started sleeping through the night without waking at 1am to feed. Yay! Except now I wake up with shirt wet and boobs painful. I'm worried if I don't pump my supply will drop, but honestly I'd rather wake LO to dream feed than have to pump at 1am. Any other way around this dilemma of pump or pain? Thanks!
