Medicaid details

Hi there, can someone share details/understanding related to Medicaid coverage continuity:

While pregnant (unmarried) if someone is under Medicaid (as she lost job). Now on getting married will the Medicaid continue for mother and child through pregnancy and postpartum care? (Or) will spouse income (over poverty limit) disqualify Medicaid immediately after marriage. This is for California state. Thank you for any info in this matter
