Tips for pushing bedtime!
My little guy is almost 7 months. Bedtime used to be around 730P.
For the past few months, he’s absolutely exhausted after daycare. (He only naps 50 min in the morning and 1.5 hrs in the afternoon)
We used to put him down for a nap when we got home, he’d wake up around 8 for night feeding and we’d be good.
Now 530P is bed time. He’ll wake up around 330A for a bottle, go back to sleep for an hour or so then up at 5-515A.
He’s a pretty good sleeper but the issue is, at that 330 wake up, sometimes he goes back to sleep easy and others it takes forever! Or he just stays up.
How do we push back bedtime without having a nightmare on our hands? We’ve tried taking a longer bath. Or tried playing but we can really only get him to around 615 at the latest.
