I can’t take it😭

How do I get over my first love ?😭 I’m panicking because we’ve been together for two years now and this past month has been SO rocky for us. We are arguing like every other day😭

This man was the first guy I’ve trusted and felt safe with since my ex abused me sexually and emotionally so to think about losing him and never having sex w him again.. for him to have sex w another girl eventually. I can’t take it😭😭😭😭😭😭

He found me at my lowest point in my life and he helped build me back up and when we text now, its just not us. It’s forced conversation and it’s killing me💔
