Idk what’s wrong

So I had a miscarriage almost 6 weeks ago. I went to the dr last week for a uti. I had burning and I constantly had to pee. I went to the dr after 5 days of having it. They tested my pee and they said that I didn’t have a uti they couldn’t find any bacteria but there was blood. I just finished the antibiotics for it and I still have burning and I have to pee even if it’s just a drop. This morning I woke up and my right side had sharp pain that went away. Does anyone have any recommendations or think it might be something from the miscarriage. I also haven’t had a period yet still.
