What is it

Question

I have had this since October 2nd 
Squeezed it nothing￼
Tried to drain it with a warm towel ￼ multiple times nothing￼
My significant other suggested I take a needle to it 🤔￼

Ingrown hair, boil, cyst, could be anything. I wouldn't take a needle to it unless you can see a decent head type thing to it. And make sure you do it as sterile as possible... My guess would be a ingrown... Kinda gotta wait it out some. If able to remove by twizer hair around it and any poking out, one might help release it. If it's a boil/cyst, I'd go more to a hot compress. If submersible soak in a hot water and epsom salt. Can also get ointment to draw them out.
