Nudes exposed

Have any of you ever gotten your nudes exposed ?? I was in a 3 year long distance relationship and I did send him nudes in every single one I would cover my face . Yet we broke up and last night he made this comment kind of threatening me that he would share those pictures I am over 20 and where we are from I don’t think he can get in trouble (Mexico) I just want to know if it does happen how to I overcome it ? 😔
