overdue - -any advice?

officially overdue!!! 😪 Any advice to get things going?

Try to relax momma, I know it's frustrating. But your 40 week "due date" is really only an estimate based on the full month they could be born (38-42 weeks), it's extremely common for babies to be "late" especially if it's your first! I know it's uncomfortable and you just want to meet your baby, but they'll come when they and your body are ready. To help get your body ready,  they recommend walking, rocking/rolling your hips while sitting on an exercise ball, and sex. Do not drink caster oil or bother with those other old wives tails - caster oil & spicy food (if you aren't used to it) will just give you the runs!
