Start of corona???

I’m 18 years old and for 3 days now my right gland has been sore. I have a slight sore throat on the right side is a bit sore. As of now I don’t have any other symptoms. No fever, I can taste/smell. I also don’t know anyone who has COVID that I’m aware of but I’m still scared. I know people can have it with barely any symptoms and I already have health anxiety. I don’t wanna die... should I get tested or wait and see if I feel anything else??
