Unsure of break-up, please help

I am unsure if I should end it with my fiance. If the pandemic didn't happen we would've been married by now. We've been living together (at my place), basically have our entire lives connected at this point.

What are some things to consider to know if I should break up or stay in the relationship? I feel like the whole if you are thinking of breaking up isn't really a good enough reason for me. I have my reasons to go, but I also have reasons to stay. I feel like any long relationshio has had its ups and downs.

Please give me an advice.
