How often do you and your partner smash

So my man said that a health amount of sex was 5 to 6 times a week and I was completely blindsided bc normally ig we dont argue we will have sex 3 maybe 4 times a week and he said that it wasnt enough and that it was really bothering him I have no one to talk or ask about this so ... idk...
