Intense pain 6 days after labor please help!

I gave birth last Friday. The labor and delivery was very smooth! The healing process has been good and the bleeding has almost stopped! So you’d think I have had it easy. But it’s been totally opposite. I have this INTENSE pain in my lower back that wraps around to the right side of my belly. It is so intense that I can’t walk or even pick my son up. Pain medicine doesn’t help. I’m eating decent but eating makes it worse. And I know this is TMI, but I am having diarrhea as well. A friend told me it could be my gallbladder because it’s common after pregnancy. While the symptoms seem similar, it says that it usually doesn’t occur until after 2 months and it’s barely been a week. I really want to go to the hospital (since doctors offices are closed) but of course, we got 8 inches of snow and where I live never gets more than about 2 inches. So we can’t get out. I’m in so much pain. Anyone else ever experience this after birth?? Or know what this could be?
